Liv Student has been shortlisted as a finalist in not one, not two, but three categories at the upcoming GSL (Global Student Living) Awards 2025! We’re buzzing to be recognised once again by GSL, an organisation that celebrates excellence in student living across the globe.

These nominations mean the world to us – especially because they’re based on direct feedback from our residents. That’s right, the GSL Awards are the only industry awards judged purely on student responses, and that makes this recognition all the more special.
We’re especially thrilled to see Best Student Community on the list this year. At Liv, community isn’t just a buzzword — it’s the heartbeat of everything we do. From welcome parties and quiz nights to mental wellness sessions and inclusive cultural events, we work hard to create spaces where every resident can thrive and feel at home.
And this isn’t the first time we’ve had something to celebrate! Earlier this year, we scooped Platinum Certification from the Global Student Living Index – a huge achievement that reflects top-tier satisfaction scores across the board. Plus, our Liv Student Belfast location proudly took first prize at the Student Crowd Awards, based on verified student reviews.
With our continued nomination for Best Small Operator, we’re reminded that big things really can come in small (but mighty) packages.
