With 2023 coming to a close, we are celebrating yet another award for Liv Student, as our Belfast team is recognised for offering an unrivalled private halls of residence experience to students.
The Property Week awards ceremony, which took place on 5th December at the O2 InterContinental Hotel, acknowledged the best of the best in the student accommodation market – spanning everything from the quality of the rooms and spaces available to the work of local agencies, climate change enthusiasts, and innovative designers. Over 800 guests were in attendance at the award ceremony, which created an exciting atmosphere and supreme air of collaboration between like minded organisations and companies across the UK.
Liv Student Belfast took home the top award for Private Halls of Residence – an incredible accolade which proves the value that students from all walks of life can uncover within our residential spaces and apartments.
The awards, which are determined and assessed by a panel of esteemed judges, recognise not only the individual categories but the way that all corners of the student experience industry come together to finetune futures and enrich opportunities.
Of the award presented to Liv Student, the judging panel praised the initiative behind the creative design and highlighted glittering testimonials from partner universities as well as students across Belfast. They heralded Liv Student’s commitment to student feedback and the way it works with universities and institutions to really work out what students want and need from their accommodation, and how to deliver it.
