Securing a silver plus room means your apartment will have 4 or 5 other rooms on an upper floor. You’ll get so close with your housemates that chilling on the sofa watching TV, listening to music or having a group dinner will become the norm. These apartments are kitted out with all the necessary mod cons including dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer in the spacious communal lounge area. Your room is designed to ensure that you get a great night’s sleep with the inclusion of black out blinds and a super comfy mattress. Studying is made easy whether your right-handed or left-handed as our desks are designed to suit both perfectly. Rates are inclusive of high speed internet access and water , gas and electricity are charged separately at €20 per week.
